I just love this recipe from Loving Earth. It reminds me of trying to sneak very finely chopped brocolli into my daughter's food  when she was young, only to have her question why everything was green! The difference here is that it tastes amazing and your kids will never suspect a thing. I have a sneaking suspicion my daughter always knew what was going on.... Anyway, just goes to show you really can get the good stuff in without them ever knowing!!
